Before You Start Your Fundraiser, Set Up Your Admin Account
You'll receive an email with your registration link to access your 1cookie platform dashboard. Complete these steps BEFORE distributing brochures to your sellers!
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
- Click your registration link from the email
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Check your email inbox and verify your account
- Return to the login page and access your dashboard
Step 2: Add Your Team Leaders (DO THIS FIRST!)
⚠️ Add team leaders BEFORE distributing QR codes to sellers! This helps you organize and track sales by team.
- Navigate to "Team Leaders" in your dashboard
- Add coach names or team names
- This allows you to sort sales reports by team
Step 3: Optional - Add Team/Coach Names to Orders
If you want team or coach names included on pre-sorted orders, add this information in your dashboard before selling begins.
⚠️ IMPORTANT EMAIL ADDRESS RULE
You CANNOT use the same email address for both your admin account (the one managing the organization) and a seller account. If you want to create a seller account for yourself or your child, you MUST use a different email address.

Cookie dough is safe at room temperature for up to 2 weeks at 72°F or below.
