How our fundraiser works
Get the "OK" from your people
Get the "OK" from your group by sharing this page with parents, players, coaches, or board members. Please note: The minimum order is 120 tubs with no exceptions, so it's very important that you have enough participation to reach this goal.
Get started
When you have your group's approval, simply complete the form below or click the "Start Fundraiser" button. It's free and easy to begin!
Fundraising brochures
Once your form is submitted, we'll send you a link to print as many brochures as you need. Distribute these to each person in your group, allowing you to start fundraising immediately.
Start selling dough
Participants will take orders and collect payments for each item pre-sold. All checks should be made payable to your organization. We recommend a selling period of two weeks.
Calculate orders
When cookie dough brochures/order takers are turned into you, please make sure the total of cookie dough sold matches the amount of money collected.
Submit order
Once all cookie dough brochures and order forms are returned, ensure the total amount of cookie dough sold matches the money collected. Your order will be shipped in complete cases, with 6 cookie dough tubs for each flavor. When submitting your order, please round up your sales to the nearest count of 6.
Immediate profit
After your order is submitted, we'll clearly communicate how much you've earned from the money collected. You keep your profit, and simply pay us the rest!
Payment options
With credit card payments, we can process your order immediately with a 2.9% fee through Square. The other option is using ACH with groups checking account info which is free however there is a 7 day clearing period before processing your order.
Your order ships
Once payment is processed, your order will arrive in just 3-4 weeks.

We offer M-F email support before, during and after your fundraiser.
BONUS TIP
Because orders are shipped in full cases (6 tubs per flavor), you might end up with extra tubs not initially sold if your sales don't perfectly align with multiples of 6. We recommend assigning these extra tubs to group members to sell while you wait for your main order to arrive. Since it's cookie dough, they're usually easy to sell quickly!
