Fundraiser Instructions

Print brochures

Once form is submitted, we will send you a link for printing as many brochures as needed. Distribute to each person in your group. Best part is, this allows you to start fundraising immediately.

Take orders

Participants in your group will take orders and collect payments for each item pre-sold. Checks made payable to your organization. The recommended time for selling/taking orders is 2 weeks.

Calculate orders

When cookie dough brochures/order takers are turned into you, please make sure the total of cookie dough sold matches the amount of money collected.

Submit order

Your order will be shipped in complete cases which is 8 cookie dough boxes for each flavor. Please round up your sales to the nearest count of 8 when submitting your order. See bonus tip.

Immediate profit

Once your order is submitted, we will tell you what to keep from the money collected and simply pay us the rest.

Remit payment

With credit card payments, we can process your order immediately with a 2.9% fee. The other option is mailing a cashier's check or money order and your order will processed when payment is received. 

Your order ships

Once payment is processed, your order will arrive in just 3-4 weeks.

BONUS TIP

By ordering in full cases, you will have extras that have not been sold. While waiting for your order to arrive. Assign the extra items ordered to members in your group to sell. Since it is cookie dough, it will be easy.
